Find your balance
Finding your balance isn't about giving something up. It's about making choices that make sense for you today.
Finding your balance isn't about giving something up. It's about making choices that make sense for you today.
Find Your Balance aims to encourage people to better understand their drinking habits, consider the role alcohol plays in their lives, and find a balance that works for them.
We followed six drinkers for six weeks as they set out to find a better balance with alcohol, paying closer attention to habits, triggers, and exploring ways to cut back.
Dr Zoe Williams, resident doctor on This Morning, joined us to chat with Lee and Micaela, two people who wanted to change their relationship with alcohol and find a better balance.
Rather than framing drinking less as a set of rules, restrictions, or sacrifices, Drinkaware is encouraging people to find their own balance through self-awareness, informed choices, and self-care.
The Find Your Balance campaign is built on the understanding that everyone's relationship with alcohol is different and continually evolving. Rather than focusing on restriction, it encourages people to reflect on their drinking habits, explore their options, and make informed choices that feel right for them.
Whether you want to cut back, slow down, or simply understand your habits better, Drinkaware is here to help you understand your drinking.
With practical tools and tips, we help you figure out when and why you drink so you can find what works for you.
Whatever your balance looks like, we’re here for you.
Hear directly from the participants of the Find Your Balance as they share their honest experiences of their journey and what they plan to do next.
